What does bespoke software cost?
That depends on what the software has to do, which is why we name no figure before we know. In the free initial consultation we look at how you work, and you then receive a fixed price for exactly that scope. Smaller projects often start with a proof of concept, so you can release the budget in stages instead of all at once.
Free initial consultationHow long does a project take?
A proof of concept usually stands within a few weeks. A full platform takes longer, and how much longer we only say once the scope is settled. We build in stages of two weeks: you see the progress as it happens, instead of waiting months for a result.
Do I own the code at the end?
Yes. Source code, data and accounts run in your name and you receive them in full. You are not tied to us: if you later want to hand the work to someone else, that is a handover and not a rebuild.
Can you work with our existing software?
Usually, yes. A good deal can be connected through interfaces rather than replaced. If the existing system would cause more work than a rebuild, we tell you that just as plainly, before you put money in the wrong direction.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
Sometimes yes, often not. It earns its keep where the same manual step comes round every day: entering receipts, sorting enquiries, confirming appointments. Where it does not, we say so in the initial consultation instead of selling you a project that saves nothing.
Will you build just an app, without everything else?
