What does bespoke software cost?
That depends on what the software has to do, which is why we do not name a figure before we know what that is. At the free initial consultation we look at how you work, and you then receive a fixed price for exactly that scope. Smaller projects often start with a proof of concept, so you can release the budget in stages instead of all at once.
Free initial consultationHow long does a project take?
A proof of concept usually stands within a few weeks. A full platform takes longer, and how much longer we only say once the scope is settled. We build in stages of two weeks: you see the progress as it happens, instead of waiting months for a result.
Do I own the code at the end?
Yes. You receive the source code and your data in full, and any third-party accounts are set up in your name. You are not tied to us: if you later want to hand the work to someone else, that is a handover and not a rebuild.
Can you work with our existing software?
Usually, yes. Much of it can be connected through APIs rather than replaced. If the existing system would cause more work than a rebuild, we tell you that just as plainly, before you put money in the wrong direction.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
Size is not what decides it, the way you work is. An office of three people who key in data all day, sort e-mails and fill in the same forms over and over has a great deal to gain. A one-person takeaway has almost nothing to gain: there the work is at the grill, not at the keyboard. At the initial consultation we count how often each step comes round in a month, and if the sums do not add up, we say so.
