Buyers find your properties in seconds. And sellers see at a glance how well you present properties — a website that brings in viewings and wins sales mandates.

  • Listings with filters
  • Built to win mandates
  • Multilingual for buyers
Where good agents lose out online

Three situations we see time and again at estate agencies — and what your own website changes.

1

Portals cash in, your brand fades

Every listing costs extra, and your property sits beside dozens of others — in the portal's design, not yours. Rely on portals alone and you build reach for their platform, not for your agency.

2

Sellers size you up before they call

Anyone selling their house first looks at how you present other properties. If your website feels dated, the mandate quietly goes to the agency with the smarter shop window.

3

Buyers can't find what fits

Long lists, no filters, low-resolution photos: buyers give up fast. If they can't filter by location, price and floor area in seconds, they won't request a viewing either.

Everything an estate agency needs online

From property catalogue to viewing requests — built for buyers, sellers and your daily work.

Listings with m² filters

Your properties with floor area, rooms and location at a glance. Buyers filter by m² and place and find the right property in seconds.

Search & sorting

Sort by price, narrow down by town: buyers reach the right property without detours — and go straight from there to an enquiry.

Request a viewing

One click from the listing to a viewing request. Buyers get in touch when it suits them — and the enquiry lands neatly in your inbox.

Update it yourself

Add a new property, mark one as sold, adjust a price: you handle it yourself, without waiting on anyone.

Multilingual

German, English, French or Italian: international buyers understand your offer — decisive at the upper end of the market.

A look that wins mandates

Large photos, clear typography, desktop and mobile refined separately: sellers see straight away how their property will look. That wins mandates.

Click through the property catalogue: filter by m², choose a town, sort by price. This is how an estate agency website that sells feels — try it for yourself.

Website builder or AurPhi?

Both get you a website. The difference lies in how it comes across — and how much of your time it takes.

Design

Website builder:Ready-made templates, solid — but hard to tell apart from other agencies.

AurPhi:A bespoke design for your agency: properties large, presence premium.

SEO

Website builder:Technically possible, but you need to know what you're doing.

AurPhi:Local SEO for your region and the searches around buying and selling.

Desktop & mobile

Website builder:The template simply shrinks itself to fit the phone — and it shows.

AurPhi:Designed and refined separately — most property searches happen on the phone.

Content & copy

Website builder:You write everything yourself — after hours, between two viewings.

AurPhi:We write with you: property pages, About us, a page for sellers.

Support

Website builder:Help pages and tickets — you are your own webmaster.

AurPhi:One contact person, a reply within 24 hours, maintenance if you wish.

Your time

Website builder:Many evenings spent building, updating and troubleshooting.

AurPhi:One conversation, feedback on the design — we take care of the rest.

Online in three steps

From the first conversation to day-to-day running — no jargon, no detours.

1

Conversation & concept

We look at your agency, your properties and your region. From that comes a concept: structure, languages, property catalogue — and what sellers should see on your site.

2

Design & build

You receive a design that suits your agency and give feedback. Then we build the website: property pages, filters, enquiry forms — all of a piece.

3

Launch & support

We take the website live and show you how to add properties yourself. After that we stay close: maintenance, hosting and changes as your agency grows.

Frequently asked questions
What does a website for an estate agency cost?

Entry level starts with Starter from CHF 990. For estate agencies we usually recommend Business from CHF 2'490: multi-page, viewing requests, bilingual, local SEO and a Google Business Profile. Premium from CHF 4'900 adds multiple languages, client accounts or a shop, an AI chatbot and an SEO strategy. All prices excl. VAT — every project receives an individual quote.

How long until the website goes live?

That depends on the scope: number of properties, languages, copy and photos. In the free initial consultation we look at your project and give you a realistic timeframe in the quote. To keep things moving, we actively help along the way — with copy and structure, for instance. We reply to your enquiry within 24 hours.

We already have a website-builder site. Is switching worth it?

If it brings enquiries and you're proud of it: perhaps not. Many agencies notice, though, that their site fails to convince sellers and their properties look uninspired. That is exactly where the sales mandate is decided. We're happy to look at your current site with no strings attached and tell you honestly whether a switch makes sense.

Who writes the copy for the website?

We do — together with you. You know your region, your properties and your clientele; we turn that into clear, persuasive words. On request also in German, French or Italian, so international buyers feel spoken to.

Can I add and update properties myself?

Yes — that's exactly what the website is built for. Adding a new property, swapping photos, marking one as sold: you do it without any technical knowledge, and we show you everything at launch. And if you'd rather not touch it at all, we handle updates as part of maintenance from CHF 49 per month.

Do you also build apps?

Yes. When a project grows beyond the website, we also develop apps for iOS (App Store) and Android (Play Store). For most estate agencies, though, the website is the best starting point: found instantly, nothing to download. The app comes later, once it offers something the website cannot — and we'll happily talk that through with you then.
